Stretch Yourself and Stretch each otherBlessed Unrest
This is a community in which participants look at the social programming underlying their own leadership and, together, explore their personal edges for growth. Participants utilize the superstructure of the seven deadly sins discussed in Elise Loehnen’s On Our Best Behavior to explore the ways in which women in particular are trapped, contorting ourselves, and hindering our leadership.
Gradually, participants deepen in the skills of asking expansive questions, listening, and witnessing. This is not the same thing as having a normal conversation. Participants practice this with each other, with themselves, and with loved ones between sessions. Participants are stretched and stretch each other. Together, this community melts the shit that pains their leadership into life.
