Hi! I’m Freddi.

I spend a lot of time building strong, equitable leadership pipelines for social sector systems at the Center for Sustainable Leadership. Lamppost Learning is the space I have carved out for my own continuous learning and play which, in turn, results in spaces in which you can learn and play, too.

I love to facilitate learning about how we serve, lead, and make meaning in the world. I love to strengthen systems and organizations by helping individuals to better understand themselves. I love to build communities where belonging is a given. We will always be doing some combination of those things here.
